Reservations
As a courtesy we will hold reservations
for 48 hours. If no deposit or payment is made in that time the
reservation will automatically expire . Reservations cannot be
guaranteed until Lease is fully executed (signed and deposit received).
Security Deposit
Refundable $475 security
deposit. Security deposit covers damage, additional cleaning, cancellations, etc.
